Color code tab names in Excel

For example, we have 3 Business divisions in our Organization - "Printers", "UPS" and "Inverters". For each of them, I have an Employee database and Sales History in one workbook.

To make it easier to recognize, is it possible to color code tabs based on Business division they belong to?

To do it in Excel, here is the answer:

a) Right click on one tab name. Select "Tab Color" and then pick a color. Repeat the process for other tabs.

b) Tab colors would be updated as shown below making it easier to recognize sheets belonging to different Business divisions.
